Raw Vegan Sushi was one of the meals that totally changed my scope of a Raw Vegan Lifestyle. At first, I was really skeptical about being happy while sticking to the experience because I looooooooove my hot food! However; this particular recipe renewed my faith that I’d be able to hold on for the rest of the week 😂.
In exchange for white rice normally used for sushi, I used cauliflower mixed with avocado mash. You can add any raw vegetables that you wish in this recipe.
