How To Make Raw Vegan Sushi

Raw Vegan Sushi was one of the meals that totally changed my scope of a Raw Vegan Lifestyle. At first, I was really skeptical about being happy while sticking to the experience because I looooooooove my hot food! However; this particular recipe renewed my faith that I’d be able to hold on for the rest of the week ๐Ÿ˜‚. This was one of the recipes I used in my 7-day raw vegan challenge inspired by Ralph Smart. Check him out on Youtube he’s amazeballs.
In exchange for white rice normally used for sushi, I used cauliflower mixed with avocado mash. You can add any raw vegetables that you wish into this recipe. I hope this recipe inspires you to try going raw vegan for a week.
Here are the ingredients and tools you will need to make the raw vegan sushi
  • Nori (Seaweed Sheets)
  • Riced Cauliflower
  • Avocado
  • 1 Sweet Bell Pepper
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Tbsp Cumin
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • Sea Salt to taste
